TEMPORARY LIQUIDITY GUARANTEE PROGRAM
 UMB has chosen not to participate in the FDIC's Transaction Guarantee Program due to the current $250,000 limit of FDIC insurance being sufficient for the vast majority of our customers.  All customers with non-interest bearing transaction accounts will continue to be insured up to $250,000 unitl December 31, 2013 under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.  FDIC deposit  insurance temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31,2013
